顶管施工在老观寨水库输水线路中的应用及工艺改进

摘要
老观寨入库输水线路工程顶管总长567m,中间工作井将顶管分隔成两段,工作井沉井法井体采用三节制作,一次下沉的施工方法。顶管施工采用土压泥水平衡施工,提前做好顶力计算,配置能够满足需要的机械尤为必要。由于地质情况的变化,顶管在顶进过程中,由于粘土岩遇水后,变得又黏又软,尤其是粘度高,超出预期,使得刀盘被黏泥包围,形成蘑菇头状,以致于顶进过程中无法进尺,经过对设备进行改造,进一步优化改进施工工艺,问题得到了妥善解决。
