硝酸酸化的缓蚀技术研究

摘要
长期以来油田上使用的酸液体系都是盐酸、氢氟酸等,为了达到最佳的酸化效果,国内外的石油公司都在积极开发与寻找新的酸液体系、新的酸化工艺技术。2004年起中海油服(COSL)进行了硝酸酸化技术研究,现在项目研究已经取得了技术突破。主要解决技术难题:将液体硝酸固化后,实现固体硝酸的清水携带,克服了以原油作载体、带成本高、比较危险、作业难度较大等缺点;分析研究硝酸的腐蚀机理,研发了专用缓蚀剂,解决了硝酸的缓蚀问题,克服了硝酸对施工设备严重腐蚀的难题。通过技术攻关,COSL已经解决硝酸酸化在应用中的难点问题,使其更能有效解除油井在生产阶段的污染问题,应用于油水井的酸化作业中。
Hydrochloric acid and Hydrofluoric acid are both used in oilfields for many years,it has got great success,but many researchers all round the world are trying to find new type of acids,or new technology,to get better results.China Oilfield Services Limited Company(COSL) also done research on acidizing to improve oil product since 2004.Now COSL has solved the key technology problems on powder nitric acid acidizing.The fist one is that it has made the nitric acid powder can be brought by water,the second is that COSL has developed new type of corrosion inhibitors;therefore it will decrease corrosion greatly,which can be accepted by the operator.Based on the technology advance,powder nitric acid can be used in the oilfield now,and it will bring good results.
