温度制度对高牌号无取向硅钢常化组织织构及析出物的影响分析

摘要
研究了常化温度对高牌号无取向硅钢热轧板的组织、织构以及第二相析出物的影响。结果表明热轧板表面为再结晶组织,次表层为部分再结晶组织,中心层为变形组织,经过不同温度常化处理后热轧板组织完成了再结晶,常化温度越高,热轧板晶粒尺寸越大,晶粒越均匀;热轧板次表层和中心层的{001}<110>、{111}<110>和{111}<112>都较表层有所增强,经常化处理后,表层织构以{110}<001>、{110}<112>和{112}<111>为主,次表层和中心层织构则以{100}<011>、{111}<110>和{111}<112>为主。常化处理后,第二相粒子得以聚集、粗化。
The effect of normalizing temperature on structure 、 texture and second phases of hot rolled plate of high grade non-oriented electric steel.The results showed that the microstructure of surface of the hot rolled plates is recrystallized grain and the deformed microstructure in the center,the microstructure modality of sub-surface between the surface and the center,the deformed microstructure transformed into recrystallized grain after normalizing annealing treatment,with increasing normalizing temperature,the grain size of hot rolled plates increased;{001}<110>、 {111}<110>and{111}<112>in the sub-surface and the center are more than the surface;the main texture of the surface is {110}<001>、 {110}<112>and{112}<111>,the main texture of the sub-surface and center are {100}<011>、 {111}<110> and {111}<112>.The second phases is congregated and largened after normalizing annealing treatment.
