无取向硅钢摇片性影响因素的研究

摘要
研究了无取向硅钢EI片黑片摇片性的影响因素及机理。研究表明,EI片去应力退火后的氧化程度越大,黑片的摇片性越差,原因是氧化加剧了EI片的表面摩擦力;钢片本身涂层的组分、基体的退火工艺对黑片摇片性也有显著的影响,基体可生成氧化层的退火工艺可改善摇片性,原因是表面形成的氧化层可抑制基体在去应力退火中氧化;不含树脂的环保涂层可改善摇片性,原因是其退火后涂层结构保持更良好,有利于抑制退火摩擦力的提高。
The factors and mechanisms of the assembling properties between the non-oriented silicon sheets that are after annealing are studied.The results show that the more serious that silicon sheet is oxidized in the stress relief annealing,the worse of the assembling properties.The reason the oxidation has aggravated surface friction between the silicon sheet.The components of coating and the annealing process for the silicon coils also have a significant impact on the assembling properties.Annealing process that the Steel matrix can generate one oxide-layer can be improved the assembling properties.The reason is that the oxide-layer formed on the surface of the substrate can inhibit the oxidation in stress relief annealing.Resin-free coating can improve the assembling properties.The reason is that resin-free coating can maintain a better coating structure after annealing,it helps to curb the increasing of the friction.
