APEG-2400对阳离子聚丙烯酸酯胶膜性能的影响

在无乳化剂条件下,以烯丙基聚乙二醇(APEG-2400)和双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)为功能单体,己二酸二酰肼(ADH)为外加交联剂,通过半连续种子乳液聚合法制备出室温自交联型阳离子聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液。测定了该乳液胶膜的吸水率、甲苯吸收率、抗张强度和断裂伸长率,用差示量热扫描仪(DSC)和热失重分析仪(TGA)表征胶膜的热力学性能参数,重点分析了APEG-2400对胶膜性能的影响规律。结果表明,在相同交联结构用量条件下,与传统有皂胶膜相比,无皂胶膜可降低吸水率36.8%~45.5%及甲苯吸收率1.44%~26.6%,不同程度地增加胶膜的抗张强度和断裂伸长率,提高胶膜的热分解温度6℃~12℃,且APEG-2400对胶膜有一定的增塑作用。
A series of ambient temperature self-crosslinkable cationic polyacrylate latexes free of emulsifier were synthesized via semi-continuous seed emulsion copolymerization,with allyl polyethylene glycol(APEG-2400) and diacetone acrylamide(DAAM) as functional monomers and adipic dihydrazide(ADH) as the crosslinker.Water absorption rate and methylbenzene absorption rate of the films were measured.The thermodynamic properties of the films were characterized by Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) and Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer(TGA).Tensile strengths and elongations at break of the films were also determined.Effects of APEG-2400 on performances of the films were further investigated.It indicated that APEG-2400 reduced water absorption rate and methylbenzene absorption rate of the films in range of 36.8%~45.5%and 1.44%~26.6%,respectively.APEG-2400 enhanced tensile strengths and elongations at break of the films at different levels.And the decomposition temperatures of the emulsifier-free films were raised up in range of 6 ℃~12℃.APEG-2400 also had a plasticizing effect on the cationic acrylate films to some degree.
