摘要
目的:探究早期治疗应用于妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的临床效果及对妊娠结局的影响。方法:采用抽签分组方式对我院在2014年5月至2016年5月期间收治的86例妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者进行分组研究,即对照组和实验组,每43例患者为1组,对照组不进行早期治疗,而实验组患者均给予早期治疗,治疗后将2组患者的临床治疗效果进行分析和对比。结果:治疗后,相较于对照组,实验组患者的并发症发生率明显较低,差异对比P<0.05;并且,实验组患者的不良妊娠结局发生率也明显较低,差异对比P<0.05,统计学意义均存在。结论:将早期治疗应用于妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症治疗中具有明显的治疗效果,可改善妊娠结局,降低并发症发生率,值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective: to explore early treatment applied in pregnancy with subclinical hypothyroidism the clinical effect and its influence on pregnancy outcome. Methods: using thegrouping of lottery in our hospital in May 2014 to May 2016 treated 86 cases of pregnancy with subclinical hypothyroidism patients were grouped study, namely the control group and experimentalgroup, 43 patients of 1 per group, control group without early treatment, and the experimental group patients were given early treatment, the clinical treatment effect will be 2 groups of patientsafter treatment were analyzed and compared. Results: after treatment, compared with the control group, experimental group patients was associated with significantly lower incidence ofcomplications, the difference of P < 0.05; And, the experimental group patients is significantly lower incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, difference of P < 0.05, statistically significant bothexist. Conclusion: early treatment was applied to pregnancy with subclinical hypothyroidism treatment has obvious therapeutic effect, can improve pregnancy outcomes, reduce the incidence ofcomplications, is worth in the clinical application and promotion.
