外固定支架在创伤骨科患者中的应用研究

摘要
目的:探寻外固定架应用在骨科创伤患者中的效果。方法:从2010年1月到2014年12月期间在我院住院的50例采用外固定架的损伤控制性手术治疗的创伤骨科的患者与同期50例采用切开复位内固定的方法进行治疗的创伤骨科的患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果通过两组数据的对比发现,外固定组的手术时间、术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间均显著低于内固定组,比较两组数据之间有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。外固定组术后并发症发生率和死亡率明显低于内固定组,比较两组数据之间有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外固定架在外伤患者临床治疗中的应用效果良好,手术操作相较简单,且手术以后的并发症的几率小,值得在手术中使用这种方式。
Objective:To explore the effect of external fixator in orthopedic trauma patients.Methods:From January 2010 to December 2014 in our hospital 50 patients with external fixation injury control surgical treatment of traumatic orthopedic patients with 50 cases over the same period using open reduction and internal fixation method for treatment of trauma Orthopedic patients were compared for therapeutic effect.Results:Compared with the internal fixation group,the operation time,blood loss,operation time and hospitalization time of the external fixation group were significantly lower than those of the internal fixation group(P< 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications and mortality in the external fixation group was significantly lower than that in the internal fixation group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The use of external fixator in clinical treatment of traumatic patients has a good effect,the operation is relatively simple,and the probability of postoperative complications is small,it is worth using this method in surgery.
