摘要
以国家改革总目标为基础,介绍了我国核行业发展现状和核与辐射安全面临的挑战,对未来5~10年的形势和要求进行预判,提出了核与辐射安全治理体系的基本组成和治理能力的基本要求,旨在推进我国核与辐射安全治理体系与治理能力现代化建设。
the challenge of the nuclear and radiation safety and the current situation of the development of the nuclear industry were present in our country,based on the general objective of national reform,the situation and requirements for the next 5~10 years were pre-sentenced,the basic compositions of the governance system and the basic requirements of the governance capacity of the nuclear and radiation safety were put forward,in order to promote our country's governance system and governance capacity modernization in the nuclear and radiation safety.
