Pd基双金属催化剂的制备及其炔烃选择性加氢性能研究

摘要
炔烃的选择性加氢是精细化学过程中一个非常重要的反应。传统林德拉催化剂存在有毒金属或化合物的污染问题,开发新型高活性、高选择性和稳定的催化剂,不仅是催化研究的热点,也是工业生产追求的目标。本文采用乙二醇溶剂热还原的方法,制备了一系列不同比例的Pd-M(Cu、Pb)双金属催化剂。液相催化苯乙炔加氢在转化率100%时,苯乙烯选择性可达98%。该催化剂还具有良好的稳定性,套用5次后性能没有明显降低。
A series of Pd_xM_(1-x)/C bimetal nanocatalysts were prepared by reduction of the corresponding metal hydroxide in environmental friendly EG solution.The Pd_(0.33)Pb_(0.66)/C catalyst exhibited the best performance for various candidates under mild reaction conditions(room temperature and ambient H_2 pressure),giving 100% conversion and 98% selectivity to styrene.Additional,the catalyst can be easily separated and is reusable without loss of activity and selectivity.These features are important for future practical applications of the Pd-base bmetallic Catalyst.
