鲑鱼鱼皮胶原蛋白小分子肽的功效性研究

摘要
研究了鲑鱼皮胶原蛋白肽在美白祛斑、保湿及抗衰老方面的性能。以酪氨酸酶抑制率表征鲑鱼皮胶原蛋白肽的美白功效,结果显示鲑鱼皮胶原蛋白肽对酪氨酸羟化酶和多巴氧化酶均有抑制作用,肽浓度为30mg/mL时,对多巴氧化酶的抑制率为31%,对酪氨酸羟化酶的抑制率为28.6%。试验了鲑鱼皮胶原蛋白肽的保湿性能,并与常用保湿剂进行了比较,结果表明其保湿性能和甘油、1,3-丁二醇、聚乙二醇400接近,且优于透明质酸。考察了鲑鱼皮胶原蛋白肽对弹性蛋白酶的抑制作用,鲑鱼皮胶原蛋白肽抗衰老性能显著,IC50值为8.39mg/mL。鲑鱼皮胶原蛋白肽可作为具有多重功效的添加剂应用于化妆品中。
The effectsof collagen peptides from salmon skin on skin whitening,moisturizing and anti-aging have been studied.The efficiency of skin whitening was characterized by inhibitory activity against tyrosinase.The results showed that the collagen peptides from salmon skin had the inhibitory activityagainst tyrosine hydroxylase and dopa oxidase.Asthe concentration of collagen peptides was 30 mg/mL,the inhibition rate againsttyrosine hydroxylase and dopa oxidase was31%and 28.6%,respectively.Compared with the common used moisturizer,the collagen peptides from salmon skin have similar hygroscopicity and moisture retentionto glycerol,1,3-butanediol and PEG400,evenbetter thanhyaluronic acid.The efficiency of skin anti-aging is characterized by inhibitory activity against elastase.The result showed that the collagen peptides had high inhibitory activityagainstelastase,the IC50 value of collagen peptides from salmon skin was 8.39 mg/mL.Collagen peptides from salmon skin have multi-effects of whitening,moisturizing,anti-agingon the skin,and could be used as anadditive in cosmetics.
