烟草企业内部培训师管理模式探析

现代企业管理的体系和制度不断发展完善,员工培训在企业人力资源开发与管理中的地位也更加突出。与外部培训相比,企业内部培训具有成本低、针对性强等优点而被越来越多的企业使用。因此,如何打造一支专业强、素质高的内部培训师队伍,是做好企业培训工作的重要课题。本文在分析企业内部培训师优势的基础上,以烟草企业为例,从内部培训师的制度建设、队伍甄选培训、评估考核和激励管理几个方面对烟草企业内部培训师的管理模式进行初步探讨。
Modern enterprise management system is continuously developing and improving, staff training is also more prominent in the enterprise human resources development and management.Compared with the external training, enterprise internal training has the advantages of low cost,highly targeted, and is used by more and more enterprises. Therefore, how to build a professional,high quality internal trainer team, is a very important subject to do a good job of training. This paper will analyze the advantage of internal training,and give a preliminary discussion from the perspective of system construction, team training, the selecting, assessment and incentives on the basis of the tobacco industry.
