A/A/O工艺对焦化废水的生物毒性去除规律研究

厌氧-缺氧-好氧(A/A/O)工艺是目前常用的焦化废水的处理工艺,但是关于A/A/O工艺对焦化废水的生物毒性的去除方面的研究还不多见。本研究以斑马鱼为模式生物,从急性毒性、氧化损伤和遗传毒性等方面考察了A/A/O工艺中的各处理单元对焦化废水的生物毒性的去除情况,为生化处理技术对毒性的去除方面的研究提供研究基础。实验结果表明:焦化废水对斑马鱼的急性毒性随A/A/O工艺过程逐渐降低,最后的好氧出水没有显示出急性毒性;对斑马鱼肝脏中的SOD、CAT和ROS活力,在整个工艺过程中都表现出促进效应,最后的好氧出水仍表现出氧化胁迫效应,其中缺氧池对废水的SOD和ROS的促进效应表现出很好的去除作用;焦化废水对斑马鱼的遗传毒性随A/A/O的工艺过程有所降低,但好氧出水仍显示出遗传毒性。这说明A/A/O工艺虽能有效去除焦化废水对斑马鱼的急性毒性,但对氧化损伤,遗传毒性的去除能力却很有限,还需要增加深度处理工艺来降低废水的生物毒性,以减少废水排放对环境带来的生态风险。本研究为废水的综合毒性评价在废水处理工艺对毒性削减有效性的应用方面提供了示范,为毒性评价指标在废水排放的标准中的引入提供了研究基础。
The anaerobic-anoxic-oxic(A/A/O) process is commonly used for coking wastewater treatment.However,limited is known about its ability in toxicity removal.In this study,we evaluated the performance of A/A/O process in toxicity removal from coking wastewater,using zebra fish(Danio rerio) in respects of acute toxicity,oxidative damage and genotoxicity.Our results showed that the acute toxicity of raw influent was reduced gradually with the A/A/O process and the effluent presented no lethal toxicity.The activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase and reactive oxygen species were promoted in the liver of zebra fish,and the final effluent still induced the oxidative damage.Herein,anoxic process in the A/A/O process was observed to be effective in the toxicity removal of oxidative damage.The genotoxicity was removed stepwise by A/A/O process,while the final effluent still presented genotoxicity.The toxicity regulation should be addressed in wastewater discharge,as well as further advanced toxicity mitigation,in order to avoid the potential risks in the following receiving water body.
