摘要
中国经济发展遵循"点""线""面"的发展路径,而经济特区是"点"的最好形式,是中国实施区域经济发展战略的重要形式。当前的中国经济处于转型期,经济特区也面临不"特"的质疑和严峻的挑战,在此双重背景下,经济特区应重拾30多年前对外开放排头兵的魄力,积极面对转型和创新的发展趋势,在发展模式、制度和体制、对外开放形式、与世界接轨、区域协作等方面继续"特"下去。
The economic development of China is guided by the development path of "points", "lines" and "face",while the special economic zone is the best form of " point" and becomes an important form of realizing the China's regional economic development strategy.Currently,China is in "transition" phase and SEZs also are faced of having no " special" features and severe challenges.Under this background,special economic zones should gain back the pioneer drive of opening to the outside world as 30 years ago,to positively face the development trends of " transition" and "innovation".It will continue to keep "special" on innovative development models,systems and institutions,opening forms,connection with the world,regional cooperation and so on.
