摘要
后桥齿轮参与装配后桥主减总成过程中,主动齿轮与轴承相接触的轴承径部分涉及关键特性装配要求。主动齿轮轴承径尺寸、跳动、粗糙度等精度要求直接影响主减总成装配后齿轮组啮合位置(齿印)、NVH、齿轮寿命等诸多方面。本文将对后桥齿轮中的主动齿轮精车工装改进后的成果进行交流和探讨。
The mail field of application for Spiral Bevel- and/or Hypoid Gear are driven rear axle drives in automotive vehicles.The contact position between bearing diameter of Pinion and bearing is related to the key features of the assembly requirements.The bearing diameter size,run out,roughness and so on directly affect the gear sets pattern,NVH,the gear sets life in driven rear axle.In this paper,the following will give the reader a communication and discussion in regard to the rear axle gear' s hard turn tooling improvement results.
