DD407单晶合金再结晶研究

摘要
本文研究了DD407单晶高温合金的再结晶规律,实验对不同壁厚、不同吹砂应力、时间以及不同后续热处理的再结晶情况进行了系统研究。实验结果表明:DD407单晶合金再结晶情况随吹砂应力、时间的不同以及热处理温度的不同而不同,合金再结晶层的深度,再结晶晶粒的大小、数量都会随之产生相应的变化。
The influences of heat treatment and pre-peening on the surface recrystallization of single crystal superalloy DD407 were investigated.The results show that the depth,size and the number of recrystallization grain appears difference with the change of heat-treatment temperature,pre-peening force and times.
