摘要
以某通用底盘汽车起重机底架结构为研究对象,针对某吊载工况下出现的副车架变形失效问题,建立了该汽车起重机整体车架以及支腿的有限元分析模型,基于有限元软件Hypemesh进行分析,获得了该车架的变形以及应力分布情况,得出了解决该副车架变形的有效办法。
By taking the frame structure of certain general chassis truck crane as the research object,the finite element analysis model of this truck crane's chassis and legs was built,aimed at the deformation problem of the sub-frame.On the basis of finite element analysis soft named Hypermesh,the solution of this chassis deformation was obtained by analysing the stress and displacement nephogram.
