摘要
目的探讨强迫症的三维人格特征及强迫症严重程度和其三维人格(TPQ)特征的相关性。方法将84例强迫症做为研究组,选取同期相匹配的90例健康人做为对照组,采用耶鲁-强迫症量表(Y-BOCS)、三维人格问卷等工具,研究强迫症的严重程度和其三维人格特征的相关性及强迫症的三维人格特征。结果强迫症的严重程度和TPQ中NS1、NS4呈极显著负相关(r=-0.289,P=0.008;r=-0.456,P=0.000);和HA1、HA2、HA3、HA4呈极显著正相关(r=0.743,P=0.000;r=0.747,P=0.000;r=0.706,P=0.000;r=0.731,P=0.000);和RD1、RD3呈极显著负相关(r=0.582,P=0.000;r=0.644,P=0.000)。与健康组比较显示在NS2(t=4.329,P=0.000)、NS3(t=5.984,P=0.000)、NS4(t=5.305,P=0.000)上差异均有极显著性;在HA2(t=5.479,P=0.000)、HA3(t=6.125,P=0.000)、HA4(t=8.71 1,P=0.000)上差异均有极显著性;在RD1(t=-16.527,P=0.000)、RD2(t=5.639,P=0.000)、RD3(t=-7.490,P=0.000)、RD4(t=2.658,P=0.000)上差异均有极显著性。结论强迫症的严重程度与其三维人格呈显著相关,强迫症的三维人格特征为躲避伤害、悲观主义、害怕不确定。
Objective To explore the personality characteristics of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder OCD severity and 3D and its three dimensional personality(TPQ) feature correlation.Methods 84 patients with OCD patients as study group,90 healthy people were selected as control group match,the Yale Obsessive Compulsive Scale(Y-BOCS),tridimensional personality questionnaire,the correlation between severity of OCD patients and the tridimensional personality characteristics and the tridimensional personality characteristics compared with the healthy group.Results The score of Y-BOCS scale and patient's tridimensional personality questionnaire subscales of correlation analysis,showed:OCD severity and TPQ,NS1,NS4 showed significant negative correlation(r=-0.289,P=0.008;r=-0.456,P=0.000);and HA1,HA2,HA3,HA4 showed TPQ significant positive correlation(R=0.743,P=0.000;R=0.747,P=0.000;R=0.706 P=0.000;R,=0.731,P=0.000);and TPQ RDl,RD3 showed significant negative correlation(R,=0.582,P=0.000;R=0.644,P=0.000).Compared with healthy controls displayed in the NS2(t=4.329,P=0.000),NS3(t=5.984,P=0.000),NS4(t=5.305,P=0.000).The differences were very significant;in the HA2(t=5.479,P=0.000),HA3(t=6.125,P=0.000),HA4(t=8.711,P=0.000).The differences were very significant;in RD1(t=-16.527,P=0.000),RD2(t=5.639,P=0.000),RD3(t=-7.490,P=0.000),RD4(t=2.658,P=0.000).The differences were very significant.Conclusion OCD severity and the tridimensional personality had significant correlation,three dimensional personality obsessive-compulsive disorder to avoid damage,pessimism,fear of uncertainty.
