随机条件下装备制造企业绿色供应商选择模型研究

摘要
当前,资源和环境压力日益突出,企业不断受到开展环境友好活动的压力。绿色供应商选择作为绿色供应链管理的重要组成部分和基础,同时也是制造企业实施绿色生产的重要保障。本文针对交货数量不确定条件下装备制造企业的绿色供应商选择与订货量分配问题,以采购成本、环境效益及产品拖期程度为准则,建立考虑生产物料齐套要求和最小加工批量约束的不确定整数规划模型。首先,对随机机会约束进行确定性转化,然后基于缩小求解空间的思想,提出两阶段启发式算法对模型进行求解。通过实验算例验证了模型和算法的有效性,敏感性分析结果可为装备制造企业绿色供应商选择提供理论指导。
