面向直右汇流冲突的右转机动车控制方法

摘要
针对直行车与右转车的汇流冲突导致的交叉口通行效率下降问题,本文提出了一种右转自适应控制方法。首先,通过对直行与右转车流的冲突过程进行调查和分析,得到汇流冲突对通行效率的影响系数,并进一步推导了直右汇入车道的通行能力计算模型;然后,以汇入车道通行能力最大为目标确定右转信号控制的开启阈值,并结合实际检测数据设计了右转信号的自适应控制流程;最后,通过实例验证了控制方法的有效性,结果显示该方法使直右汇流冲突严重交叉口在高峰时段的通行能力提升14.39%,实现了车道资源利用率的最大化。
With the increase of traffic flow,the conflicts between right-turn and through vehicles result in operating efficiency decrease at the intersections.Aimed for this problem,a method for adaptive signal control of right-turn flowwas proposed in this paper.By investigating and analyzing the conflict process,this paper acquired the affecting coefficient of the merging conflicts on operating efficiency,and further deduced the capacity calculation model of through vehicles merging with right-turn vehicles.Aiming for maximizing the capacity of merging lane,the threshold value of switching on right-turn signal control was determined and the procedures of controlling right-turn signal was designed based on the measured data.Finally,the validity of the control method is verified by a case study,the result of which shows that this method can improve the capacity by 14.39% at the intersections with serious merging conflicts betweenthrough and right-turn vehiclesduring peak period and achieve the maximum utilization of the lane resource.
