四氟化钍中8种杂质含量分析——等离子体质谱法

摘要
本文采用等离子体质谱仪对四氟化钍中8种杂质含量的分析方法进行研究。确定了四氟化钍溶解方法,研究了酸度、雾化器流量、基体浓度等条件对杂质元素含量检测的影响。考察了共存元素的干扰,采用萃取分离技术消除了钍基体与部分杂质元素的干扰。研究了萃取分离对四氟化钍中杂质含量检测的回收率,选择合适检测条件与内标元素,建立了等离子体质谱仪对四氟化钍中8种杂质元素的检测方法。各元素检测相对标准偏差均低于10%,回收率在90%~110%之间。
ICP-MS was applied to the determination of 8 kinds of impurity elements of thorium tetrafluoride was studied in this paper.The inference of acidity,Nebulizer gas flow,concentration of matrix and investigated disturb of coexist elements were discussed.The interference of coexisting elements was investigated and removed the interference of thorium matrix and a part of impurity elements by extraction.Furthermore,after researching the extraction's influence on recovery of impurity elements in thorium tetrafluoride,selecting appropriate detecting condition and interior label elements.The method for determination of 8 kinds of impurity elements in thorium tetrafluoride with ICP-MS was built.The RSD of the method was lower than 10%,the recovery of it within the scope of 90%~110%.
