摘要
RCB是公司最早开发的液压循环球助力转向器产品,随着国家环保要求的提升,新能源汽车电动助力转向器逐步替代传统液压循环球助力转向器,RCB产品市场趋于饱和。由于前期策划的生产线短、小、多、分散、中间断点多,占用空间大,因此从零件到装配生产线不匹配,生产环境保证条件弱,但客户对产品质量与价格的要求都越来越高。此外公司十三五规划中提出优化产品制造流程,实施生产线整流化,自动化,信息化改进,打造令客户满意的生产现场,实现SQCDP能力的提升。为此,公司引入自主研管理,并在生产现场应用。
RCB is company developed the earliest hydraulic based global power steering device products,with the requirements of the national environmental protection,new energy automobile electric power assisted steering gradually replace the traditional hydraulic recirculating ball steering gear,the RCB product market tends to saturation.Because of the pre planning of the production line of short,small,and scattered and large breakpoint intermediate,occupying a large space,so from parts to assembly line does not match,the production environment to ensure weak condition,but customer requirements on product quality and price are getting higher and higher.In addition company 45 planning put forward optimize the manufacturing process flow,implementation of the production line of commutating,automation,improved the informationization,to create customer satisfaction with the production site,achieve SQCDP ability to enhance.To this end,the company introduced the independent research management,and in the production of the field of application.
