国产AISI 304L上管座电子束焊接工艺研究

摘要
上管座是核燃料的主要构件,具有不可替代的关键作用,所以其焊接工艺成为了国产化压水堆核燃料组件制造中的关键技术之一。本文针对管座国产化中的焊接技术瓶颈问题,采用正交实验法、实证研究法、经验总结法等科学研究方法,从焊接工艺试验、焊接工艺编制、焊接工装量具设计、焊接过程控制及质量保证等角度,介绍了国产AISI304L上管座的电子束焊接工艺研究工作。该研究成果最终通过了国产化压水堆核燃料组件制造新工艺、新技术的应用评审,为国产化压水堆组件成功研制做出了一定贡献。
The top nozzle is a major component of nuclear fuel assembly.It has an irreplaceable key role.So the welding process of top nozzle is one of the key technology manufacturing of the localization pressurized water reactor(PWR) fuel assembly.This article in view of the welding technical bottleneck of localization,using the scientific research methods(such as,orthogonal experiment method,empirical study method,experience summary method,etc.),introduce the localization development process of the electron beam welding technology of the top nozzle.The direction of this research is to the welding procedure test,the welding process establishment,the welding fixture measuring tool design,the welding defect formation,the welding process and quality control,etc.The results of research are eventually passed the new manufacturing process and technology application review,made certain contribution to the success of localization of the second,third generation of CNNC PWR nuclear fuel.
