对脑源性神经营养因子前体蛋白(proBDNF)的研究分析

摘要
目的:探讨脑源性神经营养因子前体蛋白(proBDNF)的生物学作用机制,拓宽神经元损伤修复思路。方法:体外培养海马神经元细胞,随机分为空白对照组与proBDNF干预组,48h后取细胞进行尼氏染色,对比两组平均灰度值。结果:proBDNF干预组的灰度值明显低于空白对照组,P<0.05,差异存在显著统计学意义。结论:proBDNF与成熟的BDNF作用相似能够维持神经元存活。
Objective:to explore the biological mechanism of the precursor protein(proBDNF) of brain source neurotrophic factor,and to widen the thought of nerve injury repair.Methods:in vitro cultured hippocampal cells,randomly divided into blank control group and the proBDNF intervention group,448 h and then the cells carried on the nene staining,compared to the two groups of average gray values.Results:the grey degree of the proBDNF intervention group was significantly lower than the blank control group,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:the function of proBDNF is similar to the mature BDNF action that keeps neurons alive.
