弹性箔片动压气体止推轴承性能研究

摘要
建立了刚性表面气体动压止推轴承模型,采用数值仿真计算的形式对不同结构参数、转速等对轴承性能的影响规律进行了研究。通过衡量工程加工难度及数值计算结果分析中气体轴承性能表现,设计加工了刚性表面轴承及弹性箔片轴承,并选用了新型弹性箔片材料,进行波箔、平箔的压制及热处理工艺。搭建了单侧气体动压止推轴承实验台,重点对轴承的承载力、起飞转速、摩擦力矩等进行监测与分析,明确了轴承启停过程。数值计算结果和实验研究结论对比验证,为弹性箔片气体动压止推轴承的工程应用提供了依据。
