340GHz行波管设计与试验研究

摘要
本文介绍了中国电子科技集团公司第十二研究所正在开展的340GHz行波管的研制工作。该器件采用微加工的折叠波导慢波结构、周期永磁系统聚束的圆形截面电子注和采用金刚石窗片的盒形输能窗。行波管的设计工作电压为22k V,电流为50m A,驱动功率为10m W,预计输出功率可以达到1W。目前已经开展了部分试验工作,对慢波结构、电子光学系统和输能窗分别进行了验证,样管的组装与测试正在进行之中。
