普钢及优特钢小方坯高效连铸的实现

摘要
中冶连铸长期致力于普钢及优特钢小方坯的高效连铸技术研究,在国际上第一次尝试了小方坯单辊重压下技术,取得技术突破,很好的解决了高碳钢内部质量问题;在多个项目上对小方坯减流提速技术进行了持续测试、跟踪、积累,铸机拉速得到较大提升;中冶连铸作为方坯连铸国家队,在掌握核心技术的基础上,立足于钢厂持续的品种结构升级和降成本压力,开发出全钢种高效小方坯连铸机系统及其相关核心技术,以先进技术和高效化生产实现投资和生产成本的持续降低,以及品种钢的高效生产。
CCTEC Engineering Co.Ltd.has been working on the high efficiency continuous casting of plain carbon steels and high quality special steels,contributed to both technical progress and product quality improvements.For example,technology of heavy reduction by a single pair of rolls during billet casting was firstly attempted and made successfully breakthroughs,by which the inner quality of high carbon steel was effectively improved.The withdrawing speeds of billets was obviously increased based on the continuous long term of testing,tracking,data accumulation and analysis,taking into account of decreased casting strands.As the benchmarking team of billet casting in China,with the deep understanding of knowledge and solid mastering of engineering technology,CCTEC has developed high efficiency billet casting system and related core technologies which can cover most majority of the existing commercial steel grades.As a result,higher efficiency,constant and continuous decreasing in investments and cost can be realized because of the sophisticated technology and more efficient production.
