齿轮箱噪声声场空间分布研究

摘要
齿轮传动是机械设备中常用的传动系统,也是机械设备常见的噪声源,因此对齿轮箱噪声特性进行研究有着十分重要的意义。本文采用直接声学边界元法(BEM)对齿轮箱的声场分布进行仿真,并与声学照相机测试的齿轮箱平面声场进行对比,实验结果与仿真结果比较吻合,为齿轮箱噪声预测与减振降噪提供了可靠的虚拟模型。
Gear is a common drive system of mechanical equipment, and also the main noise source, so it is very import to study the noise characteristics of gear box. In the paper, the simulation on the gear box sound field distribution was studied based the direct acoustic boundary element method(BEM), which were compared with experimental results tested by the acoustic camera, and the simulations coincided well with the experiments. The virtual model for gearbox noise prediction, noise and vibration reduction was available.
