颅脑外伤所致精神障碍患者的临床治疗研究

摘要
目的:探索颅脑外伤所致精神障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年7月至2016年7月期间我院收治的50例颅脑外伤所致精神障碍患者,将患者动态随机化分为两组,两组患者各有25例,对照组和观察组分别采用常规药物治疗和综合性治疗。结果:观察组患者PANSS评分、治疗总有效率明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:综合性治疗在颅脑外伤所致精神障碍患者中效果显著。
objective: to explore the clinical effect of the treatment of mental disorders caused by craniocerebral trauma.
