益气化瘀通脉汤治疗冠心病心绞痛30例的临床疗效对照评价

摘要
目的:探讨益气化瘀通脉汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。两组均采用西药常规治疗;另外,观察组患者加服益气化瘀通脉汤(红参、丹参、川芎、当归、麦冬、三七等);对照组加服复方丹参片(丹参、三七、冰片)。两组疗程均为一个月。疗程结束后,观察两组患者的心绞痛、心电图的疗效及硝酸甘油的应用情况。结果:观察组的心绞痛总有效率为90.00%,心电图总有效率为86.67%;而对照组心绞痛总有效率为73.33%,心电图总有效率为63.33%。由此可得,观察组的心绞痛总有效率、心电图总有效率均比对照组高。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后1个月TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著减低(P均<0.05),且降低TC水平治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗冠心病心绞痛方面,益气化瘀通脉汤是非常有效的,而且安全可靠。该方值得临床大力推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Huoxue Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients.Methods:60 casesof angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases). Two groups were treated with the conventionaltreatment of Western Medicine;In addition,observation group were treated with Yiqi Huayu Tongmai Decoction(Hong Shen、Dan Shen、Chuan Xiong、Dang Gui、Mai Dong、San Qi etc); control group were treated with Compound Salvia Tablet(Dan Shen、San Qi、Bing Pian). Course of treatment of two groups were a month.To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the anginapectoris and the electrocardiogram of two groups of patients and the application of nitroglycerin. Results:The total efficiency of angina pectoris of observation group was 90.00%,The total efficiencyof electrocardiogram was up to 86.67%;in control group,the total efficiency of angina pectoris was 73.33%,the total efficiency of electrocardiogram was 63.33%. The total efficiency of anginapectoris and electrocardiogram of observation group was higher than the control group;The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C reducedsignificantly after therapy in both groups(P<0.05) after 1 month's treatment, and the level of TC in treatment group was obviously lower better than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:YiqiHuayu Tongmai Decoction is the effective drug for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and is safe and reliable;It is worth promoting in clinical use.
