摘要
以B1级聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫塑料(PIR)非连续板材组合干白料配方为基础,从匀泡剂的主要作用原理出发,研究不同结构匀泡剂品种的单独和搭配使用,通过具体应用发泡性能和泡沫物性指标的测试分析,选择出综合应用性能最匹配的匀泡剂品种为AK-8872搭配AK-8860或AK-8863。
Based on B1 polyisocyanurate foam(PIR) discontinuous plate(DCP) blended polyol system formula and the silicone surfactant main working principles,the different structures silicone surfactant's individual and combined application were studied.Through the specific foaming properties and foam physical date analysis,the best comprehensive evaluation silicone surfactants which were AK-8872 combines with AK-8860 or AK-8863 was chosen.
