摘要
铜箔废水中含有铜,如果排放不仅污染环境,而且造成资源的浪费.通过超滤加反渗透膜法与萃取工艺结合提取铜箔废水中的铜,先用超滤膜去除废水中的悬浮物胶体杂质,再经反渗透将铜离子浓缩,浓缩后的溶液用萃取剂萃取后电解提取单质铜.通过这种组合工艺处理铜箔废水,产生了良好的经济价值.
Copper wastewater containing a lot of copper,it not only pollute the environment,but also a waste of resources.To treat copper wastewater by combining membrane method and extraction process,the removal of suspended solids and colloid impurities in wastewater by ultrafiltration,and copper ion concentration by reverse osmosis,extraction of copper by electrolysis.
