国外高酸性气田低流速管线腐蚀现状与防腐蚀措施

摘要
本文调研了国外高酸性气田低流速管线的腐蚀状况,认为其腐蚀原因在于管道内容易积水、污泥/腐蚀产物/固体物质等,从而引发垢下腐蚀,再加上H_2S、CO_2、元素硫以及水中Cl的存在,容易造成管线腐蚀穿孔。井口到分离器管线有的采用内涂层,有的采用缓蚀剂;单井站到集气站、集气站到集气总站一般采用定期清管预膜+连续加注缓蚀剂的防腐蚀工艺技术。最后结合国内高酸性气田低流速管线的现状提出有针对性的建议。
In this paper the corrosion of the low-velocity pipelines at sour gas field of foreign countries was investigated,corrosion reasons were analyzed,that due to the produced water and sludge/corrosion products/solid substances easily deposited in pipelines,coupled with H_22S、CO_2、elemental sulfur and Cl,corrosion perforation of pipeline was happened easily.Coating protection or inhibitor were taken in the pipelines of the well station to gasliquid separator;The technology of regular pigging pre-film + continuous filling inhibitor was taken from singlewell /gas gathering station to gas gathering station.The protection of the low-velocity pipelines was instructed by combining status of domestic sour gas field.
