基于介孔氧化铝的新型催化材料的制备及其在烷烃异构化中应用

摘要
氧化铝作为一种极为重要的催化剂载体材料,在炼油工艺和化工工业生产中具有广泛应用。运用分子设计和组装化学的原理,利用简单的软模板法,制备出高度有序的介孔氧化铝材料,并且将这种方法发展成为一种普适的,适合大规模生产的工艺路线。同时对有序介孔氧化铝进行贵金属的担载,实现较高担载量下的均匀担载,并且利用介孔孔道对贵金属颗粒的尺寸进行一定的限制。进一步将其作为催化剂应用到烷烃异构化反应中,考察不同孔径介孔氧化铝对烷烃异构化反应的异构化率和选择性的影响;以及在异构化反应中,孔径对催化剂活性、稳定性以及整体液体收率的影响。
As a catalyst support,alumina is widely applied in petrochemical,such as,catalytic reforming,hydrogenation,alkylation,isomerization of paraffins,and so on.Ordered mesoporous aluminas were readily obtained by controlling the synthetic parameters,and we developed this approach into a universal,suitable for mass production process route.Meanwhile,loaded with the noble metal nanoparticles and metal modified alumina with ordered mesoporous structures is used in isomerization of paraffins,and the confinement effect of ordered mesoporous alumina is studied.The overall purpose is to provide the theoretical basis and experimental methods for industrial applications,making it more widely used in the petrochemical industry.
