摘要
目的:探究临床护理路径在冠心病介入治疗中的应用。方法:选择2016年2月~2017年1月我院收治的120例冠心病介入治疗患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予临床护理路径,观察比较两组患者住院天数、并发症情况、患者满意度之间的差异。结果:观察组患者住院天数、并发症发生情况、患者满意度情况均优于对照组,两组比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径应用于冠心病介入治疗患者,能够缩短患者的住院天数,促进患者康复,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective:to explore the clinical nursing pathway in the application of interventional treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:from February 2016 to January 2017 of our hospital 120 cases of coronary heart disease patients with interventional therapy as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.Control group with routine nursing care,observation group of patients for clinical nursing path,compare two groups of patients' hospitalization days,complications,the difference between patient satisfaction.Results:the observation group of patients hospitalized days,complications and patient satisfaction were better than control group,two groups is significant difference,statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:clinical nursing path used in interventional treatment for patients with coronary heart disease,can shorten the hospitalization days of patients,promote patients recovery,reduce complications and improve patients satisfaction,has high clinical value,is worth popularization and application widely.
