摘要
目的:分析在临床中应用热毒宁注射液的患者产生不良反应的相关因素。方法:搜集自2016年2月到2017年2月在医院因为应用热毒宁注射液而产生不良反应的共有25例病人的临床资料,主要包含病人的年龄、不良反应发生的位置、日用量、不良反应产生的时间、性别以及是否存在联合用药,分析病人不良反应的相关因素。结果:男性(72.00%)、儿童(88.00%)、药物的日用量为30毫升、注射后一小时内、联合用药的数量增加,不良反应的比例明显增加(P<0.05),出现皮肤症状共有10例(40.00%),出现呼吸异常的共有6例(24.00%),出现发热、药敏反应等周身性症状的共有5例(20.00%),出现腹痛、呕吐与腹泻等胃肠道症状的共有4例(16.00%)。结论:儿童与男性不良反应的发生率较高,在临床中应该严格重视上述患者的用药,在热毒宁注射液注射后一小时内严密监测患者的状况,同时在治疗时需要对用药的用量与种类进行控制。
Objective:To analyze the related factors of adverse reactions Reduning Injection in the clinic.Methods:The clinical data of 25 patients with adverse reactions induced by Reduning injection were collected from February 2016 to February 2017 in the hospital,including the patients age,the position of adverse reactions,reaction time,and amount of gender combination.related factors of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results:male(72%) and children(88%),30 ml quantity of medicine,one hour after injection and combined medication increased obviously rate of adverse reactions(P<0.05),skin symptoms were 10cases(40%),abnormal breathing was 6 cases(24%),fever and drug sensitive reaction systemic symptoms were 5 cases(20%),abdominal pain,vomiting,diarrhea and other gastrointestinal symptoms were 4 cases(16%).Conclusion:the incidence rate of adverse reaction in children and men should be strictly attach importance to medications,patients were monitored in one hour after the injection of Reduning injection,and the dosage and type of medication should be controled in the treatment.
