摘要
本文采用理论CFD分析及实际试验测定,介绍了一种反弯式叶片的叶轮对水泵性能的影响。在其发动机缸体的涡室部分不能改变的情况下,仅通过设计一组新型的叶片形状,能在增大流量的情况下也同时提高了水泵的扬程。
This article uses the theory of CFD analysis and practical test,Which describes the effects of an anti-curved blades of the impeller for the pump performance.In the case of their bedroom part of the engine block can not be changed,Only through the design of a new type of blade shapes,can increase the flow rate at the same time under the condition of the pump head.
