摘要
本实验为了解决烟梗润透率低的问题。通过单因素实验考察对烟梗回透率的影响,在单因素试验基础上,利用响应面法优化了烟梗预处理的工艺参数。结果表明,烟梗预处理段的最佳工艺条件设置为浸梗机水泵电机频率21Hz、浸梗水温64℃,贮梗时间4.1h,该条件下烟梗回透率为99.26%。
The paper resolve the low watering proportion of tobacco stem.Through the single factor experiments,it investigated the influence of some factors on watering proportion of tobacco stem. Based on this, the paper used the Response Surface method to design the experiment.The result showed that the optimum conditions was asfollows: the pump motor frequency was 21 Hz, the temperature was 64℃,the storage time was 4.1h.The watering proportion of tobaccostem was 99.26% under this condition.
