基于高次模的单层平面基片集成波导魔T设计

摘要
本文提出一款新型的基于高次模的单层平面基片集成波导魔T。本文提出的平面魔T采用在基片集成波导的中间纵向位置加载缝隙来改变电磁场分布实现TE20模式。TE20模自有的奇对称性可以保证魔T的E端口或者差端口有良好的幅度一致性和相位不平衡性低。仿真结果表明,在频段10.25~11.10GHz内,同相的振幅不平衡在0.1d B以内,相位不平衡在正负0.5°以内,反向的振幅不平衡在0.25d B以内,相位不平衡在正负2.4°以内,测试结果与仿真结果吻合良好。
In this paper, we proposed a novel single layer planar Magic T using substrate integrated waveguide based on high mode. A slot-line along the mid line in the longitudinal direction of the SIW is employed to convert the electromagnetic field pattern to realize TE20 mode. The inherent odd symmetry of TE20 mode guarantees the low amplitude imbalance and phase imbalance of the E-port or the difference port of the planar Magic T. The simulated results show that the amplitude imbalance, phase imbalance of the in-phase, out-of-phase are within 0.1d B, 0.25 d B, ±0.5° and ±2.4°. The measured results show good agreement with the simulated ones.
