多孔陶瓷膜及其在液固和气固分离中的应用

摘要
本文综述了多孔陶瓷膜的结构与性能特点、分类及制备工艺,介绍了陶瓷膜在液固和气固分离中的应用,包括工业生产过程的浓缩与分离;工业废水、市政污水处理;饮用水处理与海水淡化;常温除尘与高温烟气处理等;分析了国内外多孔陶瓷膜的相关研究进展和发展动态,指出了我国陶瓷膜研究及应用技术与国外先进水平的差距,展望了我国多孔陶瓷膜市场的发展前景。
The review summarized the structure and performance characteristics,classification and preparation of porous ceramic membrane and introduced the applications in liquid-solid and gas-solid separation,including concentration and separation in industrial processes;industrial wastewater and municipal wastewater treatment;drinking water treatment and desalination;dust removal at homoeothermy and flue gas treatment at megathermal and so on.The research progress and developments of the porous ceramic membrane both in China and abroad are analyzed.The disparities in the research and application of ceramic membrane technology between China and advanced countries are proposed,and the possible market of the porous ceramic membrane in China is prospected.
