麻黄水煎液及其拆分组分利尿作用的研究

摘要
目的:研究麻黄的利尿作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:大鼠代谢笼法,观察麻黄水煎液及各拆分组分对大鼠尿量的影响。微板法检测大鼠尿液氯(Cl~-)、钾离子(K~+)水平;比浊法检测大鼠尿液钠(Na~+)水平;ELISA法检测肾素(Renin)、醛固酮(ALD)水平。结果:与空白组相比,麻黄水煎液、生物碱具有利尿效果(P<0.01或P<0.05);麻黄能够降低Renin、ALD水平(P<0.01或P<0.05),增加电解质的排泄。结论:麻黄水煎液具有利尿作用,其机制可能与RAAS系统有关。
Objective:Diuretic effect of Ephedrae Herba,and to discuss its mechanism of action.Methods:rat metabolic cage method,observation of Ephedra Decoction and the separation effect of components on normal rat urine volume.Detection of urinary chloride(Cl~-) and potassium(K~+) levels in rats by micro plate method;sodium(Na~+) levels were detected by turbidity method;ELISA method was used to detect the levels of renin(Renin) and aldosterone(ALD).Results:compared with the blank group,the decoction of ephedra alkaloids has diuretic effect(P<0.01 or P<0.05);ephedra can reduce Renin,ALD level(P<0.01 or P<0.05),increase the excretion of electrolytes.Conclusion:Chinese ephedra decoction has a diuretic effect,its mechanism may be related to RAAS system.
