摘要
目的:研究麻黄水煎液对上焦水饮内停的影响,并筛选出最佳作用剂量,并且为麻黄的药性研究提供数据支撑。方法:本实验以中医理论为指导,将大鼠随机分为正常组(NC)、模型组(M)、卡托普利组(Cap)、麻黄低剂量组(EH-L)、麻黄中剂量组(EH-M)及麻黄高剂量组(EH-H),采用复合造模因素(腹部皮下注射异丙肾上腺素,结合大鼠气管插管,外加寒冷刺激)建立上焦水饮内停证大鼠模型;灌胃给药四周后,检测大鼠的心脏指数、肺脏指数、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(1VFS)、肺泡灌洗液总蛋白(BALF)、肺干湿比(W/D)、血浆CK-MB水平的变化。结果:与M组相比,麻黄水煎液能显著升高LVEF、LVFS(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著降低心脏指数、肺脏指数、CK-MB水平、W/D、BALF(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:麻黄水煎液对上焦水饮内停模型大鼠有较好的作用,且麻黄水高剂量(468mg/Kg)为最佳剂量,这可能是麻黄味辛、微苦,性温的体现。
Objective Study on the effects of Ephedra Decoction on focal water retention,and screened the best doses,and provide data support for the study of drug of ephedra.Methods:In this experiment,the theory of traditional Chinese medicine on experimental rats as the research object,and the rats were randomly divided into normal group(NC),model group(M group),Kato Pury(Cap),Ephedra(EH-L)low dose group,dose group(EH-M Ma Huangzhong ephedra)and high dose group(EH-H),using composite model(abdominal subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol,combined with tracheal intubation in rats with cold stimulation)to establish rat model of focal stop drinking water;gavage for four weeks,the detection of rat cardiac index,lung index,left ventricular ejection ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular fractional shortening(LVFS),total protein in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF),lung wet/dry weight ratio(W/D),the change of plasma CK-MB level.Results:Compared with the M,The aqueous extracts of it could increased the urine volume,LVEF,LVFS(P<0.05 or P<0.01),reduce the cardiac index,lung index,the level of BNP,W/D,BALF(P<0.05 or P<0.01)Conclusions:Ephedra decoction has a good effect on coke water retention model rats,and ephedra water high dose(468mg/Kg)is the best dose,which may be bitter,Ma Huang Weixin,reflecting the temperature.
