<正>瘦肉精是一种肾上腺类神经兴奋剂,我国不允许在动物的饲料、饮用水中添加瘦肉精。瘦肉精的残留会通过食物链的作用蓄积于人体内,造成人体心率过速、心率失常、肌肉疼痛和晕眩等症状,甚至会导致死亡。因此,建立快速、有效的瘦肉精检测方法具有重要意义。由于食品基质复杂,动物源食品中瘦肉精残留的含量低,因此在仪器检测之前,食品样品需要进行前处理。动物源食品中瘦肉精的样品前处理方法主要有固相萃取、固相微萃取和液相微萃取~(1-3)。莱克多巴胺是属于瘦肉精
