<正>偏甘油酯脂肪酶属于脂肪酶中的一个小家族。其家族成员具有严格底物选择性,只对甘油单酯(MAG)和甘油二酯(DAG)表现出活性,而对甘油三酯(TAG)没有活性。该类酶独特的底物选择特性,使其在功能性脂质催化制备中具有广泛的应用前景。但目前该对类酶发现、结构功能关系、分子改造及应用评估的研究鲜有报道。本研究基于微生物基因组信息进
