盐酸溶液中蛋氨酸对铜的缓蚀协同作用

摘要
通过采用循环伏安法、电化学极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究了0.5MHCl溶液中蛋氨酸单一组分及其与锌离子复配对铜的缓蚀作用。研究表明,单一蛋氨酸以12mmoL/L的浓度对铜缓蚀效果最佳。蛋氨酸和锌离子复配显示协同效应,提高了电极的膜电阻,降低了电极的膜电容。
Corrosion inhibition of methionine(Met) and the synergistic effects with zinc ion for copper were investigated in 0.5M HCl solution by cychc voltammetry(CV) 、potentiodynamic polarization and impedance spectroscope measurement.The results indicate that the most effective concentration of Met for copper is 12 mmol/L.Combined action of Met and zinc ion shows a significant synergetic inhibition effect on corrosion of copper.Increase of film resistance and decrease of film capacitance make better protection for copper.
