大学生父母教养方式与情绪调节自我效能感的关系研究

大学时期是个体逐渐接触社会的时期,在这一时期大学生的生理和心理都会发生变化。本研究通过对大学生的父母教养方式与情绪调节自我效能感的现状以及两者之间的关系进行探索,帮助了解大学生的心理健康状况,有利于教育者重视父母教养方式和情绪调节自我效能感的影响,并为今后的研究提供材料与数据和本土化的情绪调节自我效能感的研究提供实证依据,对于提高个体适应能力、人际交往水平而言,具有一定的影响力。意大利心理学家卡普拉拉把自我效能感的研究扩展到情绪调节领域。情绪调节自我效能感是情绪调节领域与自我效能感领域的一个共同课题,现在已成为这两个研究领域里的焦点。为了探讨大学生父母教养方式与情绪调节自我效能感之间的关系。本研究采用父母教养方式量表(S-EMBU-C)和情绪调节自我效能感量表(RES)对300名大学生进行了随机抽样调查。研究结果表明:大学生的父母教养方式在性别方面上存在着显著差异;大学生的情绪调节自我效能感处于中等偏上的水平,并且父亲拒绝与母亲过度保护对情绪调节自我效能感具有显著的负向预测作用,而母亲情感温暖对其具有显著的正向预测作用。不同年级的大学生的父母教养方式和情绪调节自我效能感上差异均不显著。

Italian psychologist Caprara expanded self-efficacy research in the field of emotion regulation. Regulatory emotional self-efficacy, has been a common and hot issue both in the study of emotional regulation and sense of self-efficacy. In this study, parenting style scale(S-EMBU-C) and emotional regulation Self-Efficacy Scale(RES) of 300 university students conducted a sample survey. The results show that: college students' parenting style there are significant differences in terms of gender. In the middle and upper level students' emotion regulation self-efficacy, and the father's rejection and mother's over protection of emotion regulation self-efficacy has significant negative prediction effect, and mother's emotional warmth has significant positive predictive effect. Parental rearing styles of college students in different grades and emotion regulation self-efficacy is no significacnt differences.
