本文介绍了使用空气固体颗粒物取样系统(Particle Into Liquid Sampler-PILS)结合专业伏安极谱仪(884)测定大气固体颗粒中的金属离子的测定方法。首先,使用PILS真空泵吸取大气样品,大气中的颗粒物与PILS入口处产生的水汽混合进一步生成气溶胶。气溶胶在冲击板上不断聚集,然后被冲洗掉由PILS转移到自动样品处理系统,进而采用伏安极谱法测定收集的样品,采用本套全自动装置测定了瑞士万通总部的停车场的大气颗粒物中的Zn,Cd,Pb,Cu四种金属离子,测定结果表明Zn的浓度与交通负荷密切相关,.其它金属离子由于含量极低未能检测到或者与交通负荷量没有直接关系。
This application work describes the use of the Particle Into Liquid Sampler(PILS) in combination with the 884 Professional VA and viva. With the PILS ambient air is aspirated by vacuum. The particles present in air collide with water vapor generated in the entrance area of the PILS and subsequently grow to aerosols. These aerosols are then collected at an impactor plate, where they are washed off and transported out of the PILS. With this setup Zn, Cd, Pb and Cu were determined in particulate matter in ambient air in the parking garage of Metrohm International Headquarters. It could be shown that the Zn concentration showed a clear dependency on the traffic load. The other determined elements could either not be determined due to the low concentration or did not show a dependency on traffic.
