普板火焰切割变形机理研究

摘要
本文通过跟踪查看普板火焰切割的变形形态,并利用光学显微镜观察了普板Q345B金相显微组织,对比观察亚温调质后应力消除的显微组织,分析了Q345B强化机理和生产工艺。结果表明,普板火焰切割变形是冷却应力和相变贝氏体组织共同导致的。
Macro-deformation of flame cutting has been checked in general plate.Microsti-ucture after and before intercritical hardening of general plate have been contrasted by using optical microscope.The strengthening mechanism and producing of key points have been analyzed.As a result,cooling stress and stress of bainite transformation cause deformation in flame cutting of general plate.
