3种长焰煤与微生物的溶煤匹配实验研究

摘要
采用宝鸡长焰煤、鲍店长焰煤和铜川长焰煤3种煤样分别与苏云金芽孢杆菌、沙门氏菌和多粘类芽孢杆菌进行匹配实验。宝鸡长焰煤与苏云金芽孢杆菌、沙门氏菌和多粘类芽孢杆菌的溶煤率分别为38.06%、47.81%和30.09%;鲍店长焰煤与3种菌的溶煤率分别为7.11%、8.78%和29.49%;铜川长焰煤与3种菌的溶煤率分别为4.81%、6.52%和12.70%。上述结果表明:在相同的反应条件下,菌煤有明显的匹配关系,其中,宝鸡长焰煤与沙门氏菌具有最好的匹配关系,鲍店长焰煤和铜川长焰煤都与多粘类芽孢杆菌表现出较好的匹配关系。
Baoji sub-bituminous,Baodian sub-bituminous and Tongchuan sub-bituminous were used to explore the matching relationships with Bacillus thuringiensis(B.thuringiensis),Salmonella and Paenibacillus polymyxa(P.polymyxa) respectively.The biosolubilization percentage of B.thuringiensis,Salmonella and P.polymyxa for Baoji coal was 38.06%,47.87% and 30.09%,for Baodian coal was 7.11%,8.78% and 29.49% and for Tongchuan coal was 4.81%,6.52%and 12.70%.The results demonstrated that bacterias were obviously matched with the coals at the same reaction conditions,Salmonella was matched best with Baoji sub-bituminous,P.polymyxa was matched better with both of Baodian and Tongchuan sub-bituminous.
