超声引导下不同性状甲状腺结节激光消融治疗疗效分析

摘要
目的:探讨超声引导下不同性状甲状腺结节激光消融治疗疗效。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年1月我院收治的52例甲状腺结节患者作为研究对象,其中甲状腺实性、囊性及囊实性这三种类型的结节个数分别有30个、10个、120个,均采用激光消融治疗方法进行治疗,随访6个月,观察治疗的效果。结果:经过治疗之后,治疗总有效率为98.1%,不同性状的甲状腺结节都取得了明显的效果,所有治疗结节治疗后血流信号消失,结节的体积缩小及或消失,并且没有出现严重的并发症。甲状腺囊性结节患者治疗的效果最好,和治疗之前相比,结节的体积缩小及或消失的最快,缩小及或消失比例最高P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:超声引导下激光消融术治疗三种性状甲状腺结节疗效确切,创伤小,而且囊性结节疗效最为显著,值得在临床上进行推广和应用,可以作为一种首选方法。
objective: to study the ultrasound guided by different traits thyroid nodule laser ablation curative effect. Selection methods: between January 2014 and January 2015, our hospitalof 52 patients with thyroid nodule as the research object, including solid and cystic and solid cystic thyroid respectively the three types of nodule number 30, 10, 120, adopt laser ablation method fortreatment, were followed up for 6 months, observe the effect of the treatment. Results: after treatment, after treatment the total effective rate was 98.1%, the different characteristics of thyroid noduleshave achieved obvious effect, all nodules disappeared blood flow signal after treatment, the volume of a nodule narrowing and/or disappeared, and no severe complications. Cystic thyroid nodules inpatients with best treatment effect, compared with before treatment, the volume of a nodule shrink and disappear or the fastest, the highest percentage of narrow and disappear or P < 0.05, with statisticalsignificance. Conclusion: ultrasound guided laser ablation treatment curative effect is three traits of thyroid nodules, small trauma, and cystic nodules most notable curative effect, and is worthpopularizing in clinical application, can be used as a method of first choice.
