环保型高压锅炉除氧剂的开发与应用

摘要
高压锅炉给水除氧器往往因设备老化、超负荷运行等问题,导致除氧效率下降,超过国标规定的不大于7μg/L的要求,由此产生潜在的水汽系统氧腐蚀的问题。通过大量实验,研制出环保型高压锅炉除氧剂,对比市售其他除氧剂具有明显的优势,并在阳煤集团深州化工进行应用。结果表明,环保型高压锅炉除氧剂OC6400能够有效地控制锅炉的氧腐蚀,延长锅炉使用寿命,保证锅炉安全运行。
High pressure boiler feed water deaerator often occurs the problems of equipment aging and overload running, which result in decreased oxygen efficiency, exceeding the national standard of less than 7 g/L. And then cause the water system of oxygen corrosion potential problem. Through a lot of experiments, we developed environment-friendly high-pressure boiler deoxidizing agent, which had obvious advantages compared to other commercially available oxygen scavenger, and has applied in Yangquan coal chemical industry in Shenzhou.The results showd that the OC6400 can effectively control of oxygen corrosion, prolong the service life of the boiler, and ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
